Create Urgency

One of the most important aims of a sales page or advert is to create urgency.If the reader says to himself I will come back to this another day you will probably lose the sale. He will find another similar product or forget where he saw yours or give up on the idea altogether. You have to get them to BUY NOW.


How do you do this? You must use a limited time
offer. Limited time offers stop people from putting
off buying your products or services. It stops them
from procrastinating.


There are many different types of limited time offers.
Here are a few.

Limited Time Price Offers
For example, Order Now! While the price is still low.
After Jan 23,2009 this price will go up to...

Or try this:

Limited Time Discount Offers
For example, Order before Midnight, Nov. 8, 2009and you will get 45% discount!

or this:

Limited Time Free Bonus Offers
For example, Order before January 3rd , 2009 and you'll get a free bonus!

Limited Time In Stock Offers
For example, Order Now! While supplies last! After
April 05,2009 we can't guarantee we will have any
left in stock.

Not everyone who reads your sales page are going to buy first time, that's just the nature of the beast and we can't change it. evertheless, we can increase the percentage who do buy first time by telling them how important it is to buy immediately. A word of caution, do not say it is a limited offer if it is not. You may gain a sale but in the long run you will lose a customer
